There are several opportunities for you to help with one of our events if you're interested! We have some amazing volunteers and an amazing team, but there's always room for growth! Please contact us if you're interested or would like to learn more!

When each Celtic Ball registration opens, so does a form to register to serve as a chaperone! We have a limited number of spaces for this role so please register soon. Only parents of attending students to serve as chaperones, please. There is no need to reach out if you successfully complete the form. An additional email with details will reach you before the event! 

Do you love the Celtic Ball? Do you have a patient, outgoing, and friendly personality? Are you at least 18 years of age? We're always looking to grow the group who helps up put on these dances year after year. Our team helps us set up the attendees into each dance formation, helps dancers find partners, runs our sound, registers attendees, and some even call dances and more!

If you are a seamstress and would like to help girls mend dresses during a Celtic Ball, please reach out! Likewise, if you have a background in catering and would be interested in potentially working an event for us, we'd love to hear from you!

Back in the day no Celtic Ball was quite complete without a bagpiper opening our evening! We have some dreams, so if you or someone you know can play the pipes, we may have a fun opportunity for you! If you happen to be a part of a Scottish or Irish musical group, we'd be excited to consider incorporating you somewhere, somehow! :)

Currently our Gala requires manual set up and tear down if you're interested!
